Bammas 101: Bow Wow And 'Friend'

What is it about these two bammas that I just don't like!? Perhaps I am more old school and I appreciate the talent of real artist and not some little boney chest kids pop lockin' and rappin' on a slow jam. And I can't stand boy band-type of bammas; I'm a grown man that ish gets no play in this ride! I am not a hater...puleaze! I think I am just sick of seeing these two little bammas all over the media wearing tight vintage t-shirts, tight vintage jeans, and overplayed throwback sneakers. Beyond that, these two little brothas are always hangin' out with each other; don't they have other friends!? Are they butt-buddies on da low!? They are becoming a modern day urban version of Corey Haim and Corey Feldman and anyone over 25-years old knows how these two bammas ended up when it was all said and done.

So um.....Bow Wow and Omarion, stop doing push-ups and throwin' on the smedium t-shirts, stop wearing your pants half-off ya butt, stop throwin' up gang signs before you get gang-banged, stop hangin' all up under Angela Simmons, and stop flashin' money everywhere you go before you get pistol-whipped by one of your wanna-be thug buddies. Did I say how much I don't like these little characters!? I dub them Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dee'er.

What Would 'Rocky' Do!?

OK...many of you all do not know this, but I am a former competitive bodybuilder. During my three years of competing, I was known for my posing abilities and my posing routines; in fact I earned the 'Best Male Poser' award in one of my competitions. It is always nice to be awarded for something that you take time perfecting, because under those hot stage lights, it is not easy at all.

So I wanted to share a posing routine with you all that at some point went terribly wrong in its preparatory stages.

The above title was a sentence uttered by the young Lewis Hamilton after losing grip of his Formula 1 world championship title over the weekend race in Brazil. Hamilton was a shoe-in to become the 2007 F-1 world champion, but made costly mistakes in the season's last race which ultimately cost him the title.

Hamilton is the youngest to ever race in F-1 (22-years old) history and what's an even bigger deal is that Hamilton is the first ever African-American to race in Formula One; a sport that is primarily dominated by those of German and Italian descent.

Lewis started off the season with a podium placing (3rd place) and out of the 17 races of the season, Hamilton held 12 podium positions (podium positions are for racers that place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and won four races. Hamilton lead in the points for the season and with exception of a few close calls on the points boards with his fellow McLaren-Mercedes teammate Fernando Alonso, he still managed to hold the lead and it was likely that he would be the first the African-American to win a world championship title in F-1 history. Unfortunately for both Hamilton and Alonso, they fell victim to Ferrari's Kimi Räikkönen, a Finnish racer, whom more or less came out of nowhere to capture the F-1 world championship title by besting both Hamilton and Alonso on the points board by one point (Räikkönen: 110 pts. and Hamilton/Alonso 109 pts.).

There is still much promise for young Lewis and 2008 sees him becoming an even better racer whom will offer an even greater challenge to his opponents.

Even Formula 1 great and Ferrari sports car designer, Michael Schumacher gave Lewis rave reviews after seeing him race.
